At PowerSpout, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our portal.
Ship Your Return
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
